I have a question for you people

Is there a word for in between like and love?!?!?

If you know that you don't like someone anymore because you feel a deeper or stronger bond with that person but don't want to use love because you feel that LOVE is too strong of a word for you right now.
What is the word for in between...I'm sure that there has to be a word because many people feel that way.. but what is the word??
